Windows installer for the 2.7 beta?

I've been looking around for an installer binary for the 2.7 beta for Windows so I can try out single window mode. Can anyone point me to such?

From what I have read the single window is not yet available for a windows installer only linux. Hopefully someone will prove me wrong.
