changing internal links for portability

Salve
1) Is it possibile to change in a single move in a pdf file internal (full) 
links to jpgs or docs?
For instance: all links from c:\prova\yyy to d:\prova\yyy.
Using Acrobat-pro or another program.
2) or otherwise: is it possibile to use relative links to open directly 
images or a word-file?
That for resolving the same problem of portability from one computer to 
another.
Acrobat pro 8 does not seem to offer that possibility.
