hi pdf guys. do you know an online app or free website or software (linux)
able to verify if in a pdf trimbox is present?
alternatively, Can I define trimbox via ghostscript? (trimbox is very
important for imposition)

Pdfinfo (one of the Xpdf tools; http://www.foolabs.com/xpdf/download.html)
or create your own app with iText or iTextSharp
